Both Tae Kwon Do and Thai Boxing (Mauy Thai) are easy to learn. If you can dance you can learn! Our classes are intensive and require concentration building you mentally and physically.

Mauy Thai (Thai Boxing) & Tae Kwon Do are a great ways to lose weight as well as learn a mental & physical discipline.

Ages 5 to 75 are welcome.
